Who we are

Saturn Realtech (“Saturn Realtech”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides digital marketing, SEO, AEO, GEO, performance marketing, lead generation, website development, AI and automation services. For the purposes of applicable data protection law, we are the Data Fiduciary responsible for personal data collected through this website.

Our contact details are listed in the “Contact us” section at the end of this policy.

02

Personal data we collect

We collect only the data we need to respond to you and run the website:

  • Information you give us — When you submit the “Start a Project” form or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number and, if you choose to provide them, your company name, the services you are interested in and the details of your enquiry.
  • Technical information sent with an enquiry — When a form is submitted, we record the page you submitted it from, your IP address and your browser’s user-agent string, to help us manage enquiries and prevent spam and abuse.
  • Website usage information — When you browse the site, we record basic page-view information — the page visited, the referring page and your browser’s user-agent — to understand which content is useful. We do not use this to identify you personally.
  • Communications — If you email, call or message us, we keep a record of that correspondence.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data such as financial, health or biometric information through this website. Please do not include it in enquiry messages.

03

How we use your data

We use personal data for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your enquiry and discuss your project, market or growth challenge.
  • To prepare proposals and, if you become a client, to deliver and manage our services.
  • To keep internal records of enquiries and client communications.
  • To operate, secure and improve the website, including preventing spam, fraud and misuse.
  • To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve our content and services.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal data. We will only send you marketing communications where you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.

05

How we share your data

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the website and our business, and only to the extent they need it:

  • Hosting and database providers — who host the website and store enquiries.
  • Email providers — used to notify our team of new enquiries and to correspond with you.
  • Google Workspace (Google Sheets) — used by our team to track and manage enquiries.
  • Analytics and advertising tools — such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity or the Meta Pixel, where we enable them, to measure website traffic and campaign performance.
  • Live-chat provider — such as Tawk.to, where enabled, if you choose to chat with us on the website.

These providers process data on our behalf and are expected to protect it. We may also disclose personal data if required by law, court order or a lawful request from a government authority, or to protect our rights, users or the public.

06

Cookies and similar technologies

The website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage):

  • Essential — needed for the website and its administration area to function, for example to keep authorised staff signed in.
  • Analytics and marketing — set by analytics or advertising tools where we enable them, to measure visits and the effectiveness of our campaigns.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

07

How long we keep data

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting business relationship, and afterwards only as long as required for legitimate business, legal, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to erase your data at any time (see “Your rights”).

08

How we protect your data

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration, including restricted access to enquiry data and encrypted connections (HTTPS) to the website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will act promptly, including notifying you and the authorities where required by law, if a personal data breach occurs.

09

Where your data is processed

We are based in India. Some of our service providers may store or process data on servers located outside India. Where this happens, we rely on providers that apply appropriate safeguards and transfer data only as permitted under Indian law.

10

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

  • Obtain a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is being processed.
  • Ask us to correct, complete or update inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Ask us to erase your personal data, unless we must keep it to comply with the law.
